CPanel is the next generation web hosting control panel system. Each customer gets their own CPanel which helps you manage your domain without the need of technical knowledge. It allows you to manage everything such as e-mail accounts, databases, backups, statistics and much much more.

Backups
Our systems are backed up daily onto seperate systems incase of disaster or hardware failure. We offer this service for free and we don't charge for restores if it's our fault; but we do charge a restore of a file/folder if it's your fault, i.e. You deleted an important file.
We suggest that you keep a backup copy of your website on a backup medium such as CD / Tape, and utilise the backup utilities provided in your CPanel control panel. It is recommended to make daily backups of live databases that you may have.
